My 13 yo is perfectly healthy but today told me she sees yellowish spots/blotches of some kind and is feeling dizzy not s/a yes has her periods about a week before she is ready to start her cycle she gets pukey and vomiting constant until she starts however this eye sight thing and dizzyness is new

I would explain that her symptoms could be related to low blood pressure.

For this reason, I would recommend checking complete blood count and iron levels for possible anemia or iron deficiency.
