What Causes Yellow, Starchy Vaginal Discharge?

Hi i have a a very awful discharge with a yellowish starchy substance that really smells awful for sometime now and my vagina is always wet,and now my live in partner for 8 years is having problems too,his pee hole is very itchy and now having yellowish discharges too..Pls i badly need ur advice and mostly ur help..thank u and godbless
