Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
I understand your concern.
This yellow stinky substance is called “smegma”. It is common in all uncircumcised males. It is a white cheese-like substance made up of secretions from the sebaceous glands in the foreskin and dead skin cells.
Although many of us feel this disgusting, most of us do not know that it is perfectly normal and just has to be washed off regularly if it starts to build up. Whenever you notice a clump of white crud under the foreskin, toss a little warm water on your genitals, scrub lightly with pulp of your finger, use soap if needed and you may easily dislodge it. Wash with plenty of water and be delicate not to irritate your sensitive skin there. After washing dry the area with clean soft cloth.
The above procedure you may do routinely while taking bath as cleaning your private part is just like cleaning other parts of the body. It does not require any extra maintenance.
I hope with this information you should get rid of you worries. I wish you all the best.
