What Causes Yellow Urine, Abdominal Pain, Yellow Eyes, Nausea, Fatigue And Heartburn?

I have noticed recently that my eyes are very yellow and my urine out put has been much darker yellow than normal . I am also having pain in my stomach and lower back and some pereodic nausea and heartburn . Oh and the big one for me is extreme fatigue.

I understand your concern.
What symptoms you are having is suggestive of jaundice. It might be caused due to viral hepatitis.
Kindly get your blood checked up for Liver Function Test (LFT) and Urine examinatiin to confirm what could be the cause.
Kindly consult Physician at the earliest with the report for appropriate clinical evaluation and management.
