What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge, Fatigue, Chills, Lower Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

I have recently over the span of 3 days, developed strange symptoms which include: frequent and plentiful yellow vaginal discharge, aching pain in my lower abdomen and pelvis, light headedness and fatigue, occasional chills or fuzzy nausea feelings. I get weak and feel as though I m going to pass out, and my aching pains have extreme discomfort.

It may suspect bactrial inf take tab metranidazole in bd also keep ur clean and take tab diclofenac sodium in bd
