What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge While On Monistat For Yeast Infection?

I am using monistat 7 for a yeast infection. I am on day 3. The itching is gone, but today I noticed a yellowish discharge on my pad. It s worrying me a little. I have been going back and forth with infections and am desperate to be rid of it. Please help.

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be fungal infection but this could be bacterial one and try "Povidone Iodine" vaginal suppository and safe side "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day can be used, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
