What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge?

Hi there! I have had a white/light yellowish vaginal discharge for 3 months now. No other symptoms. IT tastes sour. I ve taken chlotrimazol, then metronidazole, no luck. I went to a sexual health clinic and they did a blood and urine test for chlamydia etc, it was all negative. Now I ve tried suppositories that are meant to balance out the flora in your vagina for the 6 days prescribed - again no change, I still have the discharge. I eat healthy - lots of fruit and veg, don t drink much alcohol or fizzy drinks. I dont know what to try next...

I am pretty sure it is noting more than leucorrhoea which can easily be treated with dietary changes and just one medicine which can be bought online.
Please get your CBC done and share the report.
