What Causes Yellowish Urine And Abdominal Discomfort?

Hello Doctor. I am noticing a light brown rather than yellow color to my urine lately. I also do not process fats well. I assume I should have my liver enzymes checked. I have no abdominal discomfort but am wondering if this could also be caused by gall bladder stones. Or possibly kidney problems. I would appreciate your advice. Thank you - Mike

Hello dear user of HCM!
I appreciate sharing your concerns with us!

If you have any history of liver of gallbladder disease before, there are chances for changing in urine color if the level of bilirubin is raised.
Do you have also stool discoloration or yellow skin or yellow eyes?
Have you any discomfort in your abdomen?

I would recommend you to go through an urine test, a complete blood count, liver and kidneys function indicators test too.

If anything is found please don't hesitate to write us back!
Take care!
Best regards!
Dr Eriol.
