What Causes Yellowish Vaginal Discharge Post Abortion?

I had an abortion almost 3 weeks ago. Everything is fine. I have no pain, no chills, and no fever. Howerver, I am having a yellowish clear discharge coming from my vagina with a little odor, but it s not too terribly bad. Should I be worried? What do I need to do?

Hi,
from history it seems that there might be having some genital tract infection following abortion.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5-7 days.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Keep local hygiene clean and dry.
Ok and take care.
