What Causes Yellowish Vaginal Discharge?

Hi! I ve being having this yellowish vaginal discharge with a bad odor I had done a vaginal culture plus a pap smear both came out negative though the dr said the test results showed high levels of leukocytes... She didn t send me any treatment or nothing

Your presenting complaints such as Yellow discharge with bad smell may be due to protozoal or bacterial infection. Mostly spread through sexual intercourse.

I would advice you to,
1. Maintain good hygiene and wash your vagina with soap warm water regularly.
2. Avoid feminine products
3. Use soft cotton undergarments
4. Have safe sex
5. Take Antibiotics (flagyl / antibiotic pills or creams) for a week
