What Causes Yellowness In Skin Tone Along With Pain In Upper Abdomen?

I am 18 and my skin looks yellow and I have upper abdomen pain and nausea and vomiting and when I do vomit it is bile I have has a CT scan, Ultra sound, Xrays and an endoscopy scope. no ulcers, no gall stones. all test are negative for everything, what else should I check?

Hello and welcome.

It has to be with the hepatobiliary tract and I wonder how and why nothing was picked up on an ultrasound or CT scan of the abdomen. I would suggest a retrograde pancreato-cholangiography, please discuss this with your doctor for further evaluation.
