Radiologist 's  Response
Hi welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your question.
0 sperm count should be investigated with color dopppler ultrasound of scrotum to rule out varicocele and to see vascularity of testes.
I would advise to consult urologist for further management and to rule out any past infection which might damage testicular functions.
Hope i answered your question.
Would be happy to help you further.
Take care.
