I have a pimple like zit on my balls, I don t know what to do and I can t just schedule a physical because that would take months to go see the doctor..I don t know what to do, I tried popping it but it won t pop, I m scared it might be a cyst on my balls..help me...

For how long its been there? Any redness and pain? Any lymph node swelling in groin?
You really need to be examined before a reasoned conclusion can be drawn. It may be a wart, cyst or boil. You need to meet a surgeon.
Stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain.
