What Causing Pain And Bleeding While Passing Stool Post Child Delivery?

Hello my name is layla i had a baby 5 months ago and ive been having this problems that everytime i try to poop it hurts super bad and i start bleeding i dont know what to do anymore and another thing is that i feel dizzy and like imma pass out all the time

Most likely you have anal fissure or hemorrhoids. In both cases the symptoms can be similar.
I suggest you to start sitz baths with Oak Bark twice a day, use suppositories for hemorrhoids, add fiber and probiotic to your diet. This should help in few days. If not, you should consult proctologist.
