What Consequences Must I Fear After Consuming Plastic Coating?

I put frozen chicken strips on a plastic-coated plate and microwaved it for about 5 minutes. While I was eating the chicken, I noticed that pieces of the plastic coating on the plate had melted. The pieces of the plastic coating were missing and hard where it had dried up. I m scared I may have ingested the plastic coating. Will I be okay?

hi, small amounts of plastic do not harm the gut or body as it is not absorbed. you should be concerned when large quantities are consumed. Anyways, often we consume some plastic from different sources that we cannot recognize. so, donot worry about it. Hope this helped.
