What Consequences Should Be Faced Due To Broken T12?

I was hit by a truck on a motorcycle , The bumper hit the bike and the truck hit my lower left lumbar. I have broken t-12 and L5-2 spinal process's .. 3 are clean breaks app. 2 mm distance between the vertebra and the break .. two of the breaks are at forty five degree angles and greater distance . what sort of time limit am I looking at to heal and what are some of the issues I will face in the future ? next year and onward into the future ? I am 46 male and very active
