What Could 2-3 Epithelial Cells In Urine Report Suggest?

my daughters urine report Appearance hazy, sp.gravity qns, reaction acidic, albumin positive 60%, sugar nil, rbc/hpf occasional, wbc/hpf 8-10, epith cells 2-3, crystals nil, cast/hpf nil, amorphous sediments nil,mucous threads positive suggest

Your daughter has 8-10/hpf pus cells,Pus Cells in urine indicate infection,upto 5 pus cells is taken as normal. Normally a few epithelial cells from the bladder or external urethra can be found in the urine sediment however in urinary tract infections/inflammation few bacteria may be present. She have urinary tract infection.A course of antibiotics will be required .
