What Could Tiny 3.0mm Cyst Noted In The Liver Indicate?

Dear Sir,today we had done MRI scan to my wife the conclusion is as follows please explain me what is this Tiny 3.0 mm simple cyst is noted in the segment VIII of the liver. Horse show shaped kidneys noted with fusion of the inferior pole across the midline. Mild dilatation of the bilateral pelvicalyceal system noted. Bilateral ureters are normal. No evidence of obstruction. Polycystic appearance of the bilateral ovaries is noted.
