hi I am 20 years old and I have noticed brown vaginal discharge after I urinate. I have irregular period. Im not taking birth control. I am late 25+ days and I have had a UTI in the past and i took antibiotics for it. I know I m not pregnant because I m not sexually active. What could it possibbly be?

Hello
Brown discharge ( vaginal ) and irregular bleeding two are common and may be related .
1 Pelvic inflammatory disease may be the the first possibility , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a gynecologist .
Vaginal swab will find out exact nature of infection ( if any).
2 Cervical erosion ( cervicitis ) may be the another reason , again can be confirmed by physical examination.
3 Previously you were a patient of UTI but in my opinion this time it is absolutely a vaginal infection ( related to genitals).
Ultrasound of genital organs will help, so consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
Good luck.
