i am a 42 year old male having a problem with a bump 5 days ago I found a bump on the shaft of my private member no marks or anything just feels like a knot doesn't feel like its attached to anything just below the skin but not in the muscle and when was the last time I did anything sexual better then six months ohhh but I have been peeing alot

The bump on the shaft of the penis is mostly a a staphylococcal infection of hair follicle (Boil).

However diagnosis can be confirmed by clinical examination in person by a qualified Dr,

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

It should get cured within a week .
