What Could A Chronic, Dull Lower Abdominal Pressure After Intercourse Indicate?

help me please so about a week ago me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex and I started to have dull lower abdominal pressure, I've been tired a lot, and I can't seem to sleep comfortably on my stomach anymore without feeling the pressure or feeling like I'm going to be sick. could this mean something?

I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

In history you haven't mentioned whether you have a regular menstrual cycle, last cycle date, date of sex etc.

With the history, it could be due to Urinary tract infection post sex or implantation or ovulation etc.

I advice you to,
- maintain strict vaginal hygiene & avoid vaginal tampons
- Daily Sitz bath
- Analgesics & anti spasmodics for pain relief.
- watch for your next cycle on date. If there is delay, do a HPT to rule out pregnancy
