What Could A Long-standing Wrinkly Lump Inside My Vagina Be If It S Now Painful During Urination?

Hi, I have a wrinkly lump inside of my vagina. It’s been there for a very long time, and it hasn’t been noticed during pelvic exams. (I usually forget to bring it up.) But after looking at it last night, it has started to hurt when I urinate. What could this be?
