What Could A Lump And Pain In Lower Abdomen Around The Surgical Scars (C-section And Appendectomy) Indicate?

i am 42 yr old woman had my appendix out when i was 13 and have had 2 csections in the past 4 years. i have been having an aching, pinching almost pin like pain in my lower right abdomen near the scars. feels like there is a lump as well. my doctor at first said it was cysts -- which i have ovarian cysts and have slowely gone away. concerned and seeing dr next week - could this be an adhesion from scar tissue?

No this may not be the adhesion, but this may be a nonspecific local irritation of tissue and this will go away soon if does not vanish then you can try some NSAID and the best drug would be "Diclofenac" 50 mg just one tab. in day I hope this will subside your pain, have nice day.
