Hello

There can be many reasons for a swollen gland and i would like to know if you have fever, dental infections or any sinus infection. There are many tests that you will need including tlc, dlc, esr , and ultrasound of the neck for evaluating the neck swelling.
Please do these tests and get back to me for further advice.
Thanks
