What Could A Mobile, Pulsating Lump Near The Eye Be?

Hi I have a spot that is either swole or a lump on the right side that pulsates at time it's not painful and sometimes when I bend down it like it pushes it in and then when I raise up I can actually feel it swelling back out it not big enough to be noticeable with the eye it almost like the place can move around.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having pulsating lump which increases in change of posture.
This can be seen in vascular lesions involving the orbit. Hence this requires evaluation by investigations like CT scan to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
