What Could A Movable, Spongy Bump Inside My Lip Be If It Has No Discoloration Or Pain?

Hello, for the past week ive felt a bump/mass in my mouth. Its on the inner part of my lip. When i fee around that area it is able to move around under the skin. It feels kind of spongy but not super soft. It doesnt have a weird color or anything. Its just that i can feel it when i touch it.
