What Could A Painless Bump On Shaft Of Penis Indicate?

I do not currently have access to medical care (In between residences) figured Id try out here. I ve got this single painless,itchless bump on the shaft of my penis. It s only been with me for a week or so. Does not appear to be changing or anything. I have no had any unprotected sex in quite a long time. I ve done a ton of research and can t seem to get a solid answer Help ease my mind a bit?

Hi.

It could just be a simple wart or growth, but I would still recommend an STD-panel just to make sure we are not being negligent and ignoring the more common causes for such a presentation.
