What Could A Pinching Sensation Around My Heart When Having History Of Cardiac Ablation And PVC Indicate?

Hi, I am a 39 year old mother of 5. About 7 years ago I was diagnosed with PVC's (a lot of them) . I had a Cardiac ablation, and have been fine ever since. I am pretty active, I run3-4 times a week. The only medication I am taking is Levoxyl 50mcg.
Lately I have been having a pinching sensation around my heart. It doesn't hurt but nevertheless startles me. It comes and goes. I also have noticed that I am feeling like fainting whenever I get up quickly after kneeling or squatting down for a little while. I don't know if these are related, but I feel fine other than that.
Is there any advice you have?

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

See an Internist / get yourself examined / at times, basic investigation may be necessary... You need to be investigated for 2 things / 1- recurrent VPC / 2- Postural hypotension…
It is wiser to rule out than guess

Good luck
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
