What Could A Prolonged Scaly, Itchy Inflammation Behind The Neck And Ears Be, Worsens When Under Stress?

I have a spot on the back of my neck that gets inflamed worse when I am under stress. It has been there about a year. It resembles ringworm because of its color and itches and will get scaly. I have smaller spot just like it above my ear in my hairline. I treated for eczema and psoriasis but neither treatment is working.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
If you have taken treatment for this keeping in mind that this could be either eczema or psoriasis, and that does not worked then this could be tried for the fungal infection, nothing to loose if it tried with the following drugs,
1) Miconazole cream/oint. three times in day (Gently apply)
2) Griseofulvin 500 mg tab. once in day for 10 days
Try to keep your anxiety level low, every thing will be okay take care and have good time
