What Could A Round, Painful Anal Injury Felt During Bowel Movements Be?

Good morning from here my capable Dr. Please I m having this pain in my anus,I feel the pains when I want to use the toilet and I touched it with my hands last night, behold an unknown injury that is a bit roundish, please what could that be and what can I do to prevent it
