General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear user,

Based on your introduction, the small lump on vagina wall is a vaginal cyst, which usually is without symptoms but during the life it may become enlarged and lead to pain, itching, or increase the risk of infection.

The treatment for vaginal cist is surgical.

Also I will suggest you a biopsy of the cyst of vaginal cancer and testing secretions from the vagina or cervix to determine if a sexually transmitted infection (STI) is present.

Hope my answer was helpful for you.

Good luck!

Dr. Elton
