What Could A Small, Painless, Non-itchy, Raised Red Spot On The Back Of My Hand Be?

I have had red spot the size of a pencil eraser appear on the back of my hand. It doesnt hurt, itch, seem to be scaly, or seem to change in size. It is raised from them the skin a tad. Nothing comes from it when i pinch or poke at it. Any clue what it could be?
