What Could A Snap Behind The Ear With Stiff Neck Post A Tensed Moment Indicate?

After having a heated argument, I experienced a sudden minor snap somewhere behind my ear,left side of my nape. I noticed Days after that I would always feel pain behind my ears and the nape area near my ear. Now it feels like I have stiff neck around that area. What am I sick of?

I really appreciate your concern, such condition need to be investigated and x-ray study is advisable if this unremarkable then this is nothing to worry and it could be soft tissue inflammation then, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
