What Could A Soft Knee Lump With No Pain Or Swelling Be?

I have noticed when my knee is bent I get a small soft bump that's wiggly on the back of my knee near the side, no bigger than a finger tip. When I stretch my knee out it seems to not be there. Could this be a clot, cyst, or worse? I have no pain or knee swelling.
