What Could A Sore Lump Behind Nipples With Secretions In Male Indicate?

male nipple discharge, local physician perscribed antibiotics. did not work. niple is also sore and can feel a lump behind nipple. what could this be. this started 3 years ago when i was at the gym taking hormones. then stopped/ haven't been taking any supplements n over 3 years.

Please get a biopsy or FNAC of the lesion done. Male breast mass with nipple discharge may be a carcinoma. Full evaluation is a must. Meet your surgeon.
