What Could A Swollen Postauricular Lymph Node Behing Ear Signify?

Hello I have a quick question about a swollen lymph node. Last night, I noticed a little bump about and inch and a half behind my ear. After looking at pictures online of lymph nodes, I believe the gland that is swollen is my postauricular node. When I press on the lump I feel no pain, I don't have any pain in my body, and I don't have a fever. Thus, I don't think I have an infection. However, I did just get over a UTI. I finished my 10 day antibiotic regimen this morning. Just wondering if this swollen lymph node should be of any concern.
