What Could Abdominal Bloating And Shooting Pain Indicate, Have Irregular Periods?

lately my stomach has been bloated and if pressure is applied, even light pressure, there are shooting pains which make it unbearable, like stitches, my periods are irreager like twice a month, im having headaches and feel exhausted. i've had a lot of gas lately

Irregular periods with pain is concerning for uterine/ovarian pathologies like fibroid, endometriosis, cyst, etc. A detailed physical evaluation, pelvic examination, and pelvic ultrasound are required at this point. Please follow up with your ObGyn.
