What Could Abdominal Pain Intesifying With Inhalation Indicate?

like two days ago I had a really bad stomach pain in the morning, i was also so hungry, so i ate and the pain went away. today I m experiencing pain in the middle of my abdomen, it seems distended and the pain intensifies when inhaling, mostly in my lower abdomen close to the pubic area. my last menstrual period was on the 7th I had a slimy discharge a few days after my period, like a clear mucous without smell. which i think is normal. nothing else I find can be related to the pain I m having now! Any possible Dx ? please help?

I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:- This is the colicky abdominal pain and may be due to infection and it may be "Protozoa infection"
Medication:- Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days.
Advise:- Take care in diet because this could be water born or food born infection.
Comments:- No need to worry about this because this will fine soon.
