What Could Abdominal Pain With Bloating And Enlarged Ovary Suggest?

I am having lower right abdominal pain. It is quite sharp. It radiates to my pelvic area. I have the feeling of being very "full". I was recently diagnosed with an enlarged ovary and I have had problems with ovarian cysts, but on the last ultrasound, the large cyst that they were concerned about had shrunk. Any chance that it is possibly back and causing the pain. It really is uncomfortable and I can't stand in a up right position. I have to bend over a little to get relief.
