What Could Abscess On Back Of Head And Knee Suggest?

I have a very bad abces on the back of my head it is starting to drain but there is slot of pus coming out of it's hard almost feels like half of golfball in my head this is the third time this has happened first time it was on my knee second time was on left finger now it's on the center of my head please advise
