Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If there is no fetal movements perceived from last one day, then she should immediately consult an OBGYN specialist and get a biophysical profile by ultrasound and a NST done to assess the fetal well being. If there is any derangement in either two parameters, then immediate delivery may 've required.
