Welcome to health care magic.

1.Your X-ray report suggest there is a suspicious lesion seen in the left upper lobe.
2.So Apico-Lordotic view is suggested - it this way the x-rays will be sent in different angel which will make the apex seen clearly.
3.Alos indicated to move scapulae apart for better delineation of the lesion.
4.I would recommend an HRCT - hush resolution contrast scan will determine and delineate the lesion and its nature and extension.
5.So the suspicious lesion can be localised collection, mass lesion, nodule. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
