What Could Back Pain Be With Nausea, appetite Loss And Soft Stool While Having Bladder Infection And On Cipro?

Diagnosed with Bladder Infection Friday. Right backside pain went away by Saturday afternoon. Taking Cipro 2xs a day. This afternoon felt extremely nauseous and not hungry. No fever. Soft stool, light colored urine (compared to blood in urine on Friday).
Could this be part of Bladder infection, Cipro side effect or something completely different like the stomach flu?

Hi,
The change in the color of your urine is likely to be due to the infection clearing.
The other symptoms you are experiencing will be the side-effects of ciproflaxacin.
You should feel better when you have finished the corse if ciproflaxacin.
Regards,
Dr K A Pottinger
