What Could Bald Spots On The Testicles Suggest?

I have a bald spot running down the middle of my testicles, with redness on either side of it. However the balded area is not red itself. Their is slight soreness, but no extreme pain. Around a 1-2 out of ten on the pain scale only when I try to examine the area.

Thanks for your query.
The bald area with an area of surrounding redness and mild pain on exalimation I'd suggestive of a fungal infection of the scrotum.
Get an opinion of a Dermatologist and get treated properly.
Do not try anything at home as it may change the character if the disease.
