What Could Be A Lump Behind The Incision In Front Of Lung, With Cough,gastric Sleeve And Drained Infection From Abscess With Tubes From Belly

i had gastric sleeve on sep. 23 two weeks later they found and abscess and i was in the hospital for ten day with tubes in my belly for draining the infection that was a little over a week ago now i have a limp growing behind the incision one my left side in front of my lung and i have a persistent cough also

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The lump that you have mentioned in your question appears to be an infection and will have to be taken care of properly by antibiotics. In presence of antibiotic if the lump has appeared then probably the antibiotic you are presently on may not be effective against the organisms causing infection. Cough can be due to general inflamatory reaction. Get the lump examined and send the secretions for culture and sensitivity to identify the correct antibiotic.
