What Could Be A Painless Bump On The Side Of Tongue?

I have a bump on the side of my tongue in the very back. I can only see it if I stick my tongue out and move it to the side. I went to a walk in clinic, but they weren t very helpful and I don t have a primary doctor. It is painless and I have had it for 3 weeks.

I have reviewed your history. Reasons for the small lump on the tongue should be find out.
If you are a smoker it may be the reason for the swelling on the tongue.Check whether it has grown in size, any pain and loss of sensation.
My sincere advise is consult your ENT surgeon.
