Hi,Welcome to HCM Clinic.
You seem to have Dysplastic Atypical naevus mole(as the lump is black) with high chances of Melanomatic changes ,as it recently was found due to tenderness in it.
I would suggest you to consult Dermatologist/ or Surgeon for
Second Opinion after which ,who would do the FNAC
Biopsy to rule out the benign or the
malignant melanoma in this lump or would rule out other causes of such a lump on the outer side of your elbow.
You should not worry till the HPR report of the Biopsy confirms the exact nature of the lump.
Hope this would help you to plan your treatment with your doctor and resolve this problem at the earliest.
Hit Thanks and Write Review if this reply helps and satisfies you,for the benefit of the needy patients at HCM like you.
