Hi,

Pea size lump on neck most probably would be sebacious cyst. It may be called epithelioid cyst. However, you consult dermatologist or surgeon for firm diagnosis. It is a benign condition. Sometime it may become infected. Then, antibiotics for short period may be taken. The cyst may be removed surgically under local anaesthesia. It is a minor procedure done in OPD. You may become alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
