You see what you need to know is that the
nasal cavity and the ear vavity are connected. what probably happened was that when you were blowing your nose, the air has entered the ear tubes forcibly and thereby caused you the problem you are now facing.
as long as this remains you may have some pain in the ear.
i would however like you to visit a doctor there so as to check for any trauma to the tympanic membrane
