What Could Be Cause Of Pain In Lower Abdomin To Upper Vaginal Area, Leg Cramping After Embryo Transfer?

hi how r u.. last thursday i had embryo transfer. yesterday i felt very bad pressure pain from lower abdomin to upper vaginal area. & had leg cramping. today i m feeling littile pain & pinching on my leftside & some times right side also? why its happning ? please let me know......
